License
Last updated: 2026-06-04
Draft — this policy is being finalized and will be updated before general availability.
Current status
The Boogy platform is currently proprietary software — all rights reserved. No license to copy, modify, or redistribute the platform’s source code is granted at this time.
Our open-source roadmap
We intend to open-source select components of Boogy over time. As individual pieces mature, we plan to spin them out into dedicated repositories under the Boogy organization on GitHub, each released under a standard open-source license. Those licenses, where present in a component’s repository, govern that component.
Open-source dependencies
Boogy is built on open-source software and we are grateful to those communities. We comply with the terms of the open-source licenses of the dependencies we use.
Trademarks
“Boogy” and the Boogy logo are trademarks of Boogy. Open-sourcing a component does not grant any right to use our trademarks.
