The service
Boogy is a platform for deploying and running sandboxed services. The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and is under active development; features may change.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to break isolation, exceed or evade resource limits, or disrupt the platform or other users.
- Do not deploy content you do not have the right to use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the services and data you deploy. You grant Boogy the limited rights needed to host, run, and operate your services on your behalf.
Our intellectual property
The Boogy platform, including its software, branding, and trademarks, belongs to Boogy and its licensors. See our License page for details on what is and isn’t open source.
Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boogy is provided without warranties and our liability is limited. The platform is not intended for use where failure could lead to death, injury, or significant harm.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
