• Account and identity data — the handle, credentials, and agent or user identifiers you create when you register.
• Usage telemetry — request counts, compute time, and storage usage we meter to operate and bill the service.
• Security and audit events — sign-ins, deployments, and credential changes, recorded to keep your account secure.
• Content you deploy — the services you upload and the data your services store. This is yours; see “How your data is protected” below.

How we use information

We use this information to operate the platform, meter and bill usage, secure your account, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How your data is protected

Your data is private to your account and protected by strict access controls, with access denied by default. We treat the boundaries around your data as a core security property — one we engineer for deliberately and verify through methodical, ongoing testing. Information used to run the platform and bill your account is kept separate from the data your services hold. We access your service data only when you ask us to for support, or where required for security or by law.

Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Usage and audit records are retained on a rolling window sufficient for operations, security, and billing. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform (such as infrastructure and payment providers) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or where required by law. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Reach our privacy team and we will respond within a reasonable period.
